    Frequently asked questions

What are the Faux Leather Shaping Leggings made of?

The body is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, with a waistband lining of 86% polyester and 14% spandex for built-in shaping. The 4-way stretch faux leather moves with you, so you get the leather look without the stiffness. It's a lightweight feel that doesn't weigh you down like traditional leather.

Do these faux leather leggings have tummy control?

Yes. The hourglass-shaped 2-ply waistband curves down in front to hold in your tummy and curves up in back to lift your rear. You get 360 degrees of shaping from waist to ankle, so smoothing happens all the way down, not just at the waistline.

How do these compare to other shaping leggings like Spanx faux leather?

Yummie leans into comfort-first shaping with the Yummie Hug waistband and a sideseam-free construction, so there's no digging or pinching when you sit, walk, or eat dinner. The 4-way stretch faux leather is flexible and lightweight, and reviewers consistently call out how comfortable and flattering they feel for the price.

What size should I order in the Faux Leather Shaping Legging?

Reviewers report the fit runs just right, so go with your usual size. One verified buyer at 5'2" and around 160 lbs ordered a Large and loved the fit. If you're between sizes, size up for a more relaxed feel or stay true to size for firmer shaping.

How long is the inseam and will they work for petites?

The inseam is 27 inches, which is on the longer side for shorter heights. Reviewers at 5'2" to 5'3" say they fit well through the leg but run a bit long, and several have rolled or cuffed the hem with no issue. Taller wearers up to 5'9" have worn them at full length in product videos.
